Standard: 3-5 Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via 3-5 business day delivery typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. 3-5 business day delivery rates only apply to US territories, and P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Two Day: 2 Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with 2-day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will ship out within 24 business hours, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with 2-day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 4 business days.
2-day delivery to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 4 to 5 business days.
2-day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Next Day: 1 Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with 1-day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will ship out within 24 business hours, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with 1-day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
1-day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.
International Shipping Options & Charges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping on international orders. During Checkout, the shipping fee will be added to your order. Import duties, taxes, and any customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any costs such as these are the purchaser’s responsibility and are payable upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
Multiple Shipments on One Order
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge, if any, applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
If you bought your item directly from this website and you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can follow the steps below to forward your return. We will credit the card you used once we have received the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds do not include initial shipping costs unless product is defective.
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Optrix Customer Service: firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-203-6499
- Carefully package products.
- Be sure to write legibly the RMA number assigned to you on the outside of the box.
- We must physically receive the returned product within 14 days of when we issued you your RMA.
